PCSB has organized our 1st teambuilding back in September 2005 at Casa Rachado Resort, Port Dickson. There was around 56 staff personnel attended the teambuilding. The teambuilding was successfully organized and HR received good feedback from staff after attending the course. The first quarter for new financial year has just begun, and it has brought the concern of the HR Department to organize teambuilding for the second time. This teambuilding is aimed to refresh and inspire motivation of employees. By organizing this teambuilding will help to increase self-motivation, leadership, courage and internal high spirit in order to achieve company’s mission and vision. We believe that this is the time to refresh staff’s motivation and boost up their performance.
